Scope of Application

ZYM1L series with residual current protection type plastic case leakage circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker), its rated insulation

voltage is 800V, suitable for AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 400V, rated working current to 800A circuit for infrequent conversion and motor

infrequent start. Circuit breaker with overload, short circuit and under voltage protection function, can protect the line and power equipment from

Relative humidity should not exceed 50% at +40°C. Higher humidity is permissible at lower temperatures.

Structural features

The ZYM1L Series adopts an integrated protection design that combines conventional circuit protection with residual current protection, providing a higher level of electrical safety compared with standard molded case circuit breakers.

The breaker utilizes a high-performance thermal-magnetic trip mechanism for overload and short-circuit protection, while the built-in residual current detection module continuously monitors leakage currents in the system. Once the leakage current reaches the preset value, the breaker disconnects the circuit rapidly to prevent electric shock and electrical fires.

The compact molded insulating enclosure offers excellent dielectric strength, mechanical durability and flame resistance. The optimized contact system and arc extinguishing chamber ensure quick fault interruption and reliable switching performance.
